I opted to embark on a redesign for the existing Tri Rail app, aiming for a more modern and aesthetically appealing interface. As An active user of the app, I’ve observed several usability issues and noted its outdated design.
Solution
I developed an app that simplifies navigation and enhances the accessibility of trip history and ticket purchasing features. Streamlining menu options, I focused on prioritizing the functionalities I found most crucial, while also revamping the visual aesthetics for a more appealing user experience.
